Our communities are more than just a collection of physical assets. Programs and services provided by government and private business breathe life into them. However, not everyone has access to these programs and services.
Whether it`s physical education programs in the schools, interpretive programs at historic sites or adventure tours while on vacation, inclusion is a challenge for most organizations. Teachers, coaches and other facilitators feel overwhelmed and business owners think it will be too costly.
With our breadth of experience in inclusive recreation, we can make it easy for you to identify opportunities (like adapted rowing in the picture) to offer programs and services to everyone. One lesson learned from working with over 5000 businesses is that collaboration critical to ease the financial burden. For instance, a hotel may make an arrangement with a local adapted ski program to subsidize equipment while offering this experience to their guests.
